Eligibility for Returns: To embark on a return, your item should:

• Maintain the untouched splendor as when first encountered.
• Display no signs of wear and keep its original tags and wrappings.
• Be sent back within 30 days from the receipt date.

Conditions Warranting a Return: We welcome returns if:

• The item deviates from its online portrayal.
• A flaw or mistake has emerged.
• We’ve not upheld our commitment to quality.

Note: If the error arises from a misinterpretation of our clear sizing guide, the request for return might be respectfully refused.

Initiating a Return: Should you wish to return, reach out to [email protected] with your order number, the item in question, and the reason for return. For defects or mismatches, attach photographic evidence (under 2 MB, please).

Refunds: When the oversight is ours, we offer a full refund or an item exchange. Upon the arrival and assessment of the returned merchandise, we’ll process your refund or dispatch an alternative. If the return is due to sizing errors on the client’s side, we will assess the case, though the shipping cost will remain the customer’s responsibility. The refund will exclude shipping charges.

Exceptions: Certain items, like swimwear, jewelry, shoes, or intricately designed pieces, are excluded from returns unless a delivery fault occurs on our end.

• Shipping costs for returns initiated by the client are non-refundable. If the error is ours, we will cover it, and no restocking fee will apply.

Address Changes: For shipment rerouting, contact us promptly with your original and new address details.

Incorrect Deliveries: For incorrect or damaged items, inform us with evidence. We aim to send replacements within one week, free of charge, up to 30 days after your purchase.

Product Representation: While we strive for accuracy, slight variations may occur. For detailed information, we invite you to contact us.

Lost Items: Should your item not arrive, we will engage in the search. If it remains unfound after two weeks, we will provide a refund.

Order Amendments & Cancellation Fees: Cancel within three hours to avoid charges due to the swift nature of our design process. A base artistry charge of $9 applies, which will be deducted from any refunds for cancellations beyond this window.
